FREE REPLACEMENTS

We are usually attentive to details but, in case we missed some defect or if the size is not the right one, you can always ask for the product to be replaced. Send an e-mail to info@enerimonsters.it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or call us at the telephone numbers you find on the site. If you live in an EU country, we'll take care of sending you a courier to collect the package. For deliveries to UK and non-EU countries, the replacement is free only if the problem is attributable to an obvious error by Enerimonsters. We recommend that you carefully check the size table before purchasing.

Once we receive the package, we will send you a replacement garment of your choice free of charge. If this is not possible due to out of stock, we will refund you immediately upon receipt of the return.
Important: the item you are requesting to replace must be delivered to the courier in its Enerimonsters box and with the labels and tags still attached.

RETURNS

Once you have received the garment, you have 14 days to let us know your intention to return it. In this case, the amount will be refunded in full, including taxes. Once you have sent us this communication, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Making the return and getting a refund is simple, just follow these steps:

1. Write an e-mail to info@enerimonsters.it with your name and surname and order number within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Fill out the return form that was sent to you in the box along with the product. Please include the completed and signed return form in the shipment
3. Send the package to us by courier (to Enerimonsters via Castagnola 10/6, 16147 Genova) including the return form in the delivery.

To ensure that the return is successful and the amount paid is returned to you, it is necessary to return the goods intact with the tags and labels still attached and inside the box with the Enerimonster brand in which you received it.

We recommend that you keep track of your shipment tracking so that you can track the shipment of your package. As soon as we have received the package and verified the good condition of the goods, the full amount will be returned to you through the same channel with which you made the payment.
Shipping costs and any customs duties (for non-EU countries) are charged to the buyer.
