Returns are free in European Union countries.
In other countries, the costs of the return are charged to the customer.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please be sure to return the products clean, unworn and with all tags and labels and inside the box you received them in.
After informing us of your intention to return the product, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

We recommend monitoring your shipment tracking. As soon as we have received the package and verified the condition of the goods, the full amount will be refunded.
