Returns are free in European Union countries.
In other countries, the return costs are charged to the customer.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please be sure to return the products clean, unworn and with all tags and labels and inside the box you received them in.
After informing us of your intention to return the product, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Returning is easy:

We recommend that you keep track of your shipment tracking so that you can track the shipment of your package. As soon as we have received the package and checked the good condition of the goods, the full amount will be refunded. The courier's expenses will also be reimbursed but only for the cheapest rate for that route.
